The builders name is on every home.
Ashby Construction Co. builds new homes in Lolo and the greater Missoula area.
A local builder focused on quality. Not a production line
Ashby Construction Co. builds new homes in and around Lolo, Montana. Every home is built by the owner Garret Ashby and a small crew, from breaking ground to handing over the keys.
How we build.
We build a few homes each year. That’s on purpose.
That means Garret is on site every day, checking the work you’ll never see once the walls are closed. Everything from groundworks to framing, insulation and the details that gets a house through the Montana winters.
